Cut from the hind quarter, it’s a naturally lean joint which comes with a generous layer of fat on top that naturally bastes the meat during cooking.
We use 100% British! All of our free range beef comes from C. M Howard & Sons, in Devizes. Free range 28 day aged beef taken from the bone. All beef is hung and boned on site by our very own White Row Butchers.
We recommend seasoning your beef with salt & pepper, thyme, rosemary and garlic before cooking. Why not serve it with some of our wonderful home grown veg!
If a product is unavailable on the day of your collection, we will provide a substitute selected by our personal shopper that is as close an alternative to your original choice as possible. We'll note any substitutions on your paperwork.
