HOW WE'RE KEEPING YOU SAFE

Alot of adjusting to the new norm. Constant changes and updates. The one thing were sure of is, were all in this together! So, what can you expect from us at the Farm? 

FOOD & DRINK

We are still accepting cash but would encourage people to pay by card.

We are currently unable to accept re-usuable cups, for the protection of our colleagues.

We will now need to use pre-packaged sachets of condiment and sauces. 

Our very friendly Cafe staff will now take your order once you have been seated. 

FACE COVERINGS 

To protect yourself and others we kindly ask that face coverings are to be worn in our buildings ( exemptions apply ) Face masks may be removed when eating at a table in our Cafe. Face coverings will also be required when entering the Cafe to purchase takeaway food and drinks.

ARRIVAL

Please follow the queue system, we would politely ask that you keep distance whilst waiting to order. 

We will have a dedicated member of staff who will also give you a brief outline of health and hygiene information on your arrival so that our guests can feel at ease when eating in.
 

Hand sanitising stations will be provided at our entry/exit points, and we request that all customers sanitise upon entering and leaving the building.

Again we politely request that if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 that you do not enter our buildings. These symptoms include a high temperature, a new and persistent cough and a loss of taste and smell. 

Any guests or visitors displaying Covid-19 symptoms may be asked to leave the premises.

We have reconfigured our dining areas and other public spaces to ensure that safe distancing can be adhered to. 

SUPPORT BUBBLES

Tables can only be made up of 1 household. A maximum of 6 guests per group. We do not take reservations for any of our seating areas. We can only serve alcohol with a substantial meal. No mixing of households in any of our seating areas, apart from your support bubbles. We are following strict Government guidelines.

Our latest menu's will be on boards which will be placed around the Cafe. Look out for our specials!

TRACK & TRACE

In order for us to comply with test and trace guidelines we will need to retain your name and contact number on arrival. these records will be kept temporarily and in accordance with the government and GDPR guidelines.

EATING INSIDE OR OUT?

Our inside & outside tables and undercover eatery are a on a first come first served basis. We are not able to take bookings.

CLEANING PROCEDURES

We have expanded our commitment to cleanliness to give you greater confidence in the service our staff are here to offer you. WC's, door handles, sinks, counters, table tops and other touch points in high traffic area are being frequently sanitised.

Every table setting and area will be fully sanitised before and after each use to ensure no contamination occurs prior to your arrival. 

SOCIAL DISTANCING

When walking anywhere through the buildings, we will ask that you please use your discretion and consideration by keeping a social distance of a minimum 2 metres where possible between yourself and other guests.

TOILETS

We have put in place a simple one in, one out process with our toilet facilities and again these are cleaned thoroughly and regularly throughout the day. We ask for your assistance in adhering to these guidelines as much as possible during your visit.

We politely request that if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 that you postpone your visit. These include;
