What will happen if something I order goes out of stock before my COLLECTION?
If a product is unavailable on the day of your COLLECTION, WE will PROVIDE a substitute selected by oUR PERSONAL shopper that is as close an alternative to your original choice as possible. We'll note any substitutions on your paperwork

If you are not 100% happy with your unused purchase, please return it to us within 2 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund. It must be returned in its original packaging. Once we have received your return and inspected it, we will refund or exchange your purchase depending on your preference.
ANY ITEMS WHICH ARE RETURNED TO OUR GIFT SHOP WILL RECEIVE A CREDIT NOTE OR EXCHANGE. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS
Damaged/Defective Items:
It is our policy to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every precaution is taken to protect the integrity of every product we sell.
If you received your goods in a damaged or broken state, we will exchange the damaged item(s) without charge to you, provided you notify us about the damaged item(s) within 2 days of COLLECTION.
Incorrect Items:
If YOU HAVE RECEIVED an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible or within 2 days of COLLECTING it. We will REPLACE the incorrect item.
