It’s Wimbledon - How to enjoy the humble strawberry.

Wimbledon fever is taking the nation, set to take place until the 16th of July, but here's our call on how to enjoy the humble strawberry. (We don't apologise for all the puns you're about to read.)


We all know the classic and delicious combination of strawberries and cream… but have you tried Cheddar Valley Strawberries with Ivy House Farm Double Cream? These traditional delicacies will serve up some smiles! You can thank us later ;)

Eton Mess

If you really want to elevate your strawberries and cream further, we suggest adding some of our homemade ‘Prue’s Meringue’. For the ultimate Eton Mess, Murray mound that cream and meringue.


Don't strike out; pair our strawberries with some rich artisan Seven Hills melted chocolate. This Gooey and indulgent treat is ACE!


If you’re all about keeping it simple and celebrating the main event (put the strawberry centre court, we mean stage), perhaps just a sprinkling of sugar? The advantage of this combination is the sugar really brings out the flavour of these amazing strawberries.


We might be going out of bounds with this one, but don't knock it until you try it. Drizzle some of our Aspall balsamic vinegar (or, to be really fancy, use our apple balsamic vinegar by Liberty Field) over the strawberries to bring out their natural sweetness. This is the Italian way to make macerated strawberries, and they are so delicious.


Is it Pimm’s O’clock?! Have we Brits even had summer without a Pimm’s?! So grab the pitch, pimm’s and fruits and have a great time.
